Tabitha and Patrick both grew up in farming families learning about animals and growing vegetables.
Tabitha grew up in Clarksville, Ohio where she helped her grandparents raise animals and tend the garden. Her passion for horses lead her to working at stables and being a trainer.
Tabitha left the farm to pursue culinary art and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academe in Pittsburgh, PA with her Pastry arts Degree. Since then has work for many positions in the food industry as a Chef.
Agriculture is the noblest of all alchemy; for it turns earth,
and even manure, into gold,
conferring upon its cultivator the additional reward of health.
Patrick grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana where he helped his mother with her home garden. During Summer break he lived in Jellico, Tennessee with his grandparents on their farm. While there he help tend the many gardens and take care of the various animals.
Patrick left the farm life to pursue his passion for computers and technology. He has been lucky in his career to be able to work with most aspects of technology.
We both decided to get back to our roots and start a farm but buying a large plot of land was not currently in our cards. This lead us to Urban Farming and pushing the limits of growing in a city.
We are avid learners in this field and enjoy talking with or teaching others what we know.
